displayed in the SV area is Err01. The reason is maintenance failure of wrong
phase, three-phase power failure (suspicion is caused by wrong phase/reverse
phase/leakage phase);
When the numbers of the information faults
displayed in the PV area are expressed as 2, 3, and 4, the names of the
information faults displayed in the SV area are also Err02, Err03, and Err04.
The reason is that the No. 2 refrigeration compressor has high pressure, the
No. 2 refrigeration compressor has a bottom pressure, and the No. 2
refrigeration compressor is loaded. At this time, the solution is to stop the
No. 2 refrigeration compressor;
When the numbers of the information faults
displayed in the PV area are expressed as 5, 6, and 7, the names of the
information faults displayed in the SV area are also Err05, Err06, and Err07.
The reason is the high pressure of the No. 2 refrigeration compressor, the
bottom pressure of the No. 2 refrigeration compressor, and the load of the No.
2 refrigeration compressor. At this time, the solution is to stop the No. 2
refrigeration compressor;
The number of the information fault
displayed in the PV area is 8, and the name of the information fault displayed
in the SV area is Err08. The reason is that the refrigerated centrifugal water
pump is too low, and the solution is that the refrigerated pump has
insufficient water flow (shutdown group);
The number of the information fault
displayed in the PV area is 9, and the name of the information fault displayed
in the SV area is Err09. The reason is the load of the refrigerated centrifugal
water pump, and the solution is that the load of the refrigerated pump is very
large (shutdown group);
The number of the information fault
displayed in the PV area is 10, and the name of the information fault displayed
in the SV area is Err10. The reason is that the cooling cycle water pressure is
too low (the centrifugal fan is over-temperature) and the cooling pump water
flow is not enough (all refrigeration compressors and cooling pumps must be
disabled, and the refrigeration pump does not need to be stopped);
The number of the information fault
displayed in the PV area is 11, and the name of the information fault displayed
in the SV area is Err11. The reason is that the refrigeration centrifugal water
pump load (centrifugal fan load) and the cooling pump load are very large, (to
stop all refrigeration compressors and cooling pumps, the refrigeration pump
does not need to be stopped);
The number of the information fault
displayed in the PV area is 12, and the name of the information fault displayed
in the SV area is Err12. The reason is that the refrigerating temperature is
lower than the temperature set by SV (S2), and the group is shut down. In some
cases, other fault codes will continue to appear, which is not easy to analyze
today.
In the whole process of applying air-cooled
chillers, many problems will cause chiller alarms. There are also many methods
of alarm, generally light effect alarm, sound alarm and code alarm. According
to the different production and manufacturing design schemes of the chiller
factory, the types of alarm methods that will be generated for the same problem
are different, but whether it is a light effect alarm, a sound or a code alarm,
it must be highly valued by customers. The common problem with air-cooled
chillers that causes alarms is high-pressure and low-pressure alarms.
There are many reasons for the bottom
pressure alarm, which are caused by a large refrigerant charge or related
problems. High pressure alarms are mostly caused by problems such as
over-temperature and insufficient cooling, including insufficient refrigerant
amount or cooling water flow (water-cooled cooling water chiller closed cooling
tower and its centrifugal water pump, pipes), refrigerant leaks or pipes
Blockages, residues, and dirt will cause the chiller system software to cause
problems such as low total flow and slow water flow, which will eventually
cause alarms and malfunctions.
