AESシリーズはドライヤーと併用することをお勧めします。装置全体の空気入口は1つだけです。乾燥した圧縮空気または窒素を供給します。この空気は装置外部の減圧弁を通過し、その後空気入口から装置内に流入して温度上昇と下降を行います。

本装置は、処理済みガスをエアフローフードに送り込み、エアフローフード内の部品の温度上昇と下降を制御します。本装置の機械アームは最大285℃まで回転可能で、動作半径は1.2m、エアフードの昇降高さは400mmであり、様々な実験要件に対応できます。

The thermostream’s output airflow hood will cover the test item, creating a relatively sealed test chamber. The high-temperature or low-temperature airflow output by the thermostream causes the surface temperature of the test item to change dramatically, thus completing the corresponding thermal shock test.

Thermal shock testing simulates a products life cycle by exposing the product to rapid changes of temperatures ranging from -60°C to 170°C. This is completed by using a dual climate chamber that will transfer the product from one temperature extreme to the other, in less than 30 seconds.

Our AES series thermal stream gas chiller has a touch screen displaying the temperature change. The pressure of the refrigeration system is indicated by a pointer-type pressure gauge, while the pressure of the circulation system is detected by a pressure sensor.
